Do you offer free shipping??
Yes — shipping is free on orders over $99.00 for all standard items.
For very large or heavy products, freight delivery is required. In those cases, a delivery fee will be shown upfront at checkout — no surprises. See Shipping policy for more details.
When will my order ship, and how long will it take to arrive?
Order processing times vary slightly based on the brand and item, but most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Some may even ship the same day. Standard delivery usually takes between 4–7 business days. If an item requires more time, the estimated delivery window will be clearly noted on the product page.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can also check out securely using Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window on all products. If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a return. Please review our full return policy at the bottom of the site for full details.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes—if your order hasn’t shipped yet, you may cancel it for a full refund. Just reach out to us immediately at support@openairlifestyles.com. Once the order has shipped, our standard 30-day return policy will apply.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your item is delivered with visible or suspected damage, please make note of it on the delivery receipt. If possible, take photos and contact us right away at support@openairlifestyles.com so we can resolve the issue quickly by providing a replacement or refund.
How do I place an order?

How will I know when my order ships?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order summary. Once your package ships, we’ll send a follow-up email with your tracking information. If there’s a delay or stock issue, we’ll notify you within one business day.
Will I get a confirmation email after I place an order?
Yes. A confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide during checkout. We recommend saving this email for reference. Double-check that your email is entered correctly to avoid missing any updates.
Do you charge sales tax?
We only collect sales tax on orders delivered or shipped to North Carolina. If you're outside of NC, no sales tax will be added to your order—potentially saving you a significant amount.
Can I make changes to an existing order?
Yes—if your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can request a change by emailing support@openairlifestyles.com. If there’s a price difference, we’ll either refund you or send a payment link to cover the adjustment. For urgent changes, email or call us at 1-888-625-6055 as soon as possible.
