Free Shipping
- Free Shipping over $99.00: Applies to standard ground shipping only.
- Heavy or oversized products may ship via Freight shipping and will include an additional delivery fee.
- You’ll always see the total cost before placing your order.
Standard Ground Shipping Fees
- We offer free standard ground shipping on orders over $99.00 shipped within the Contiguous United States. All items are shipped by standard ground service by either USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Standard ground shipping usually takes 4–7 business days to arrive, depending on location and carrier schedule. Orders that total under $99.00, will have a flat shipping fee of $14.95.
- Alaska, Hawaii, APO, APO/FPO, Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico require additional shipping charges. Some large products may not ship there.
- If you are not located in the Continental United States, please contact us for a shipping quote before purchasing any item or if you have a question.
Freight Shipping
- Any item that is oversize or heavy may require additional freight delivery charges. The delivery fee will be shown at checkout.
- Freight shipping can take up to 20-25 days for delivery, depending on location and freight schedule.
- The freight shipping company will contact you directly via phone or email to schedule delivery times so please ensure your phone number is accurate at checkout.
- Appointment days are normally Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
- If there is a need to reschedule a delivery, there may be re-delivery fees.
- Freight deliveries are normally dropped off at the curb or end of the driveway of the shipping address. The freight company is not required to deliver on the property or inside the location unless previous arrangements have been made and paid for, if that service is available. It’s always a good idea to have help already in place with moving the item to where you want it.
- Most shipments will require an adult signature to confirm the correct recipient upon delivery and an inspection was completed.
- Do not sign anything until you are satisfied that the item has not been damaged by transportation.
- If some minor damage is visible, take some photos and make a note on the delivery receipt.
- If there is some major damage, take some photos and refuse the delivery. Contact us asap.
Order Processing Timeline
- Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday will begin processing the same business day.
- Orders typically process within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Once shipped, standard ground delivery usually occurs within 4–7 business days, depending on location and carrier.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
- Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking email with a link to follow your shipment’s progress in real time.
Address Changes
- Need to update your shipping address? Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to make changes before your order is shipped. There is no guarantee the shipping address can be changed.
Cancellations
- Changed your mind? Orders can be cancelled anytime before they ship. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return Policy for the next steps.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Please inspect your order upon delivery. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@openairlifestyles.com. We’ll make it right, including covering return shipping if needed.
