LIMITED WARRANTY TO ORIGINAL CONSUMER PURCHASER WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE AND/OR PROOF OF DELIVERY NEXO ELECTRONICS INC DBA TITAN OUTDOOR TV provides a limited warranty for its products, supplied and distributed by NEXO ELECTRONICS INC DBA TITAN OUTDOOR TV, when delivered new in the original carton to the original consumer purchaser. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months for televisions, 12 months for other electronic products, and 30 days for non-electronic products. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery to the original consumer purchaser and is valid only for products purchased and used in the United States. To receive warranty service, the purchaser must contact NEXO ELECTRONICS INC DBA TITAN OUTDOOR TV for problem determination and service procedures. Warranty service can only be performed by an authorized service center. The original dated bill of sale and/or proof of delivery must be presented upon request. NEXO ELECTRONICS INC DBA TITAN OUTDOOR TV will repair or replace the product, at its option and at no charge, with new or reconditioned parts or products if found to be defective during the warranty period. All replaced parts and products become the property of NEXO ELECTRONICS INC DBA TITAN OUTDOOR TV and must be returned. Replacement parts and products assume the remaining original warranty or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer. This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects encountered in normal, noncommercial use of the product and does not cover damage that occurs in shipment, delivery, installation, or uses for which the product was not intended. It also does not cover products with altered or removed serial numbers, cosmetic damage, damage caused by accidents, abuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature, and damage caused by unauthorized products, equipment, systems, utilities, services, parts, supplies, accessories, applications, installations, repairs, external wiring, or connectors.
